Job summary

Albright Stonebridge Group is seeking an Associate to support the Asia Region, assisting the Asia President and senior staff with scheduling, editing and finalizing client deliverables, and other duties that advance client service and internal operations. The role provides exposure to project research, relationship building across teams, and developing geopolitical, regional, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in political science, international relations, regional studies, public policy or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Asia region and geopolitics; language skills preferred (Chinese, Japanese, or Korean).

Responsibilities

  • Provides executive and administrative support to the Asia President, and other senior staff as needed
  • Works directly with and learns from subject-matter experts
  • Manages day-to-day administrative priorities to ensure the Asia Team operates efficiently
  • Gains initial exposure to client-facing activities under supervision and interfaces with clients in a support role as requested
  • Conducts research, drafts client-specific content, and supports fast-paced projects, as needed
  • Coordinates internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, managing invitations, arranging logistics, and tracking next steps.
  • Actively participates in client management and business development efforts, including working with the Business Development team to prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop outreach messaging and engagement materials and support in planning and executing high-profile receptions, dinners, roundtables, and other strategic client-facing events.

Description

Qualifications


  • 0-2 years of relevant prior professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in political science, international relations,regional studies,public policy or business administration, or a related field, or equivalent and relevant work experience

  • Strong knowledge of region (via prior living, academic, or professional experience preferred) and understanding of geopolitics in the region)

  • Proficiencyin languageused inAsiaregion strongly preferred(i.e.Chinese, Japanese, or Korean)

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other MS Office tools

  • Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to networking and stakeholder engagement

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative, solution-oriented, problem-solving skills
