Job summary

JPI Employment Services, LLC is seeking an Integration Manager to join our DfX team in the Central region. You will serve as the connective point across technical, permitting, and commercial work streams to keep design, approvals, and vendor commitments moving together through the DFX lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating with Technical Leads, Permit Leads, and preconstruction, tracking decisions, and mitigating delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and relevant design/permits experience.
• 4–8 years in design management, construction, or permitting/entitlements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating across design, permitting, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DFX across technical, permitting, and commercial streams to keep design and approvals moving.
• Conduct design phase risk management and de-risking sessions at milestones.
• Own permitting processes, submittals, and AHJ interactions to avoid delays.
• Support vendor procurement and budget tracking across projects.
• Coordinate Best Value decisions and ensure IFC drawings reflect outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to document and accelerate workflows across projects.
