Job summary

JPI is seeking an Integration Lead to join the DfX team in the Central region. You will be the technical and strategic connector across design, permitting, and commercial work streams, driving coordination to maintain aligned design, approvals, and vendor commitments through the DFX life cycle.

The role requires hands-on expertise in design coordination and regulatory strategy, with a focus on achieving schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Architecture or related field.
1–4 years of experience in design coordination, construction management, and/or permitting/regulatory strategy.
Expert-level knowledge of construction sequencing, drawing details, utility coordination, and permitting/AHJ processes.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Oracle Primavera Cloud, AutoCAD, Revit, and permit tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Drive integration strategy across technical, permitting, and commercial work streams.
Lead identification and resolution of open items and hand-offs.
Establish and document best-practice process steps across the DFX life cycle.
Design phase risk management through constructability reviews and de-risking sessions.
Own critical systems validation with consultants and trade partners.
Track risk and mitigation plans to prevent schedule delays.
