JPI Employment Services, LLC is seeking an Integration Lead for its DfX team. This role connects design, permitting, and commercial work streams, ensuring projects remain aligned and on track throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction coordination, permitting, and vendor procurement, with a background in multifamily projects. The annual base pay range for this position is between $120,000 and $170,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in design coordination, construction management, or permitting.
• Expert-level knowledge of permitting/AHJ processes.
• Experience coordinating across multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive DFX process integration across projects.
• Lead identification and resolution of project issues.
• Manage design phase risk assessments and validation.
