Job summary

JPI is seeking an Integration Manager to join the DfX team in the West region. The role connects technical, permitting, and commercial work streams, coordinating with Technical Leads and Permit Leads to keep design, approvals, and vendor commitments moving through the DFX lifecycle.

You will track open items, resolve permitting issues, and support vendor procurement and budget tracking. Bachelor’s in a related field and 4–8 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 4–8 years in design management, construction, or permitting/entitlements.
• Experience coordinating across design, permitting, and commercial teams on complex projects.
• Proven ability to track items, decisions, and hand-offs across project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the connective point across technical, permitting, and commercial work streams to keep DFX process moving end to end.
• Coordinate with Technical Leads, Permit Leads, and preconstruction to ensure constructability reviews and risk management at milestones.
• Own permitting process milestones, submittals, and AHJ communications across projects.
