Our Field Technicians ensure our systems perform at their best. You will receive extensive training and be the key link between our solutions and customers, ensuring top-quality, safe installations that meet our standards.

Responsibilities

• Support system installation and maintenance on-site through hands-on testing and inspection.
• Provide on-site training to customers on system operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Verify connections, configure IP devices, and complete project handovers.
• Maintain safety, quality, and excellence in all projects.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of programming and data networking.
• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel.
