As a Field Technician, you’ll receive comprehensive training and continuous development, equipping you with the skills to excel in every project. You will be the key link between our innovative solutions and our valued customers, ensuring that every installation is safe, top-quality, and meets our rigorous standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Hands-On System Integration: Inspect, test, and work on job sites to support the installation and maintenance of critical systems.
  • Customer Training & Support: Provide on-site training to customers and ensure they fully understand the system operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
  • Technical Configuration: Verify connection labels, configure IP addressable devices, and complete detailed project close-outs to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Safety & Quality Focus: Approach every project with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality design, installation, and service excellence.

  • Problem Solver: You bring strong troubleshooting skills and are ready to tackle technical challenges head-on.

  • Technically Qualified: A degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is .

The employee must have the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 20 feet tall, and work in extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. They may also be required to work in dusty or unclean environments, confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces. Safety is paramount, necessitating effective communication with colleagues and constant alertness to surroundings. The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, and perform tasks that involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Additionally, the job may require long hours, night shifts, weekend work, and holiday commitments, including extensive travel for weeks at a time. The employee must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner to meet deadlines and effectively communicate to successfully perform all required responsibilities.
