Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Technical Transformation within the Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation team to lead digital transformation initiatives, support managed services, and drive innovation across client platforms. You will oversee day-to-day operations for digital platforms, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor SLAs to maintain delivery standards.

• 3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.

As a Manager, Technical Transformation on the Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation team, you will help lead digital transformation initiatives, support delivery of managed services, and drive innovation across client platforms and solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to support service delivery, operational performance, and issue resolution.

We design and deliver services to run digital businesses, manages innovation and assets, and commercializes IP to drive growth across all Customer offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience, customer operations experience, customer implementation experience, or a combination of these

• 3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations

Preferred

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technology field, or equivalent additional years of experience
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Rational Unified Process
• Experience in one or more industry sectors, including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting ideas to client stakeholders and to technical and non-technical audiences
