Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer to support an enterprise initiative that enhances endpoint performance, reliability, and the overall employee experience. The role uses DEX platforms and analytics to identify trends, investigate user-impacting issues, and drive remediation for a superior digital workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in endpoint engineering or DEX programs, hands-on experience with Nexthink or similar tools, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting endpoint engineering or Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
• Experience with DEX platforms such as Nexthink, ControlUp, Lakeside, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, endpoint health monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience analyzing application performance issues, system crashes, logs, and crash dumps.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis across endpoint and enterprise apps.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytics for technical and business stakeholders.
