The Dewatering Business Development Manager is responsible for the strategic growth, commercialization, and operational maturity of Rain for Rent’s Dewatering business across all regions. This role owns national market development, sales enablement, process standardization, and cross-functional coordination to scale engineered dewatering solutions in a safe, profitable, and repeatable manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or construction management. A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in related sales or business development is required, with at least four (4) years leading a team. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The role involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions and well-lit indoor environments with adequate ventilation. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme temperatures, vibration, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is typically moderate.
Frequent overnight travel (approximately 50–70%) by land and/or air.
