Job summary

Integral Federal seeks a DevSecOps professional to provide IT support for the USCG Aviation Logistics Center ISD portfolio, focusing on secure, automated, and standards-driven delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with end users, requirements analysis, and system improvements across data processing and enterprise applications.

You will apply DevSecOps principles, manage tests, and align with the SDLC while ensuring secure configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field; IT Certification acceptable as alternative.
• Five years in software engineering or lifecycle development, with hands-on coding, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with databases, networks, and data processing techniques.
• Two years in an Agile DevSecOps environment and related methodologies.
• Two years with Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain favorable Tier 1 for unclassified systems and possess excellent communication skills.
• Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems.
• Analyze user requirements and automate or improve existing systems.
• Design business systems for financial, accounting, HR, and enterprise tools.
• Handle test scripts, work with end users on project development and implementation.
• Maintain knowledge of relational databases, data modeling and information engineering.
• Define inputs, processing steps, and outputs to meet user needs.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses to justify system implementations.
• Notify ISSM/ISSO of changes affecting certifications and accreditations.
• Ensure the site Configuration Management plan aligns with the SDLC.
