Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. seeks a DevSecOps Lead to oversee disciplined delivery for controlled CI/CD, IaC, secure software delivery, and risk mitigation. This role supports biometric capability assessment and modernization priorities while aligning with cybersecurity and operations teams.

Responsibilities include leading DevSecOps planning, establishing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and secure deployment practices, with DoD-grade cloud experience and RMF compliance. Pending award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or secure release management.
• 5+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams and ceremonies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, configuration management, and secure deployment practices.
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications in secure federal environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, DoD IL5).
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Argo CD.
• Knowledge of RMF-aware change control, vulnerability management, and release governance.
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps planning and execution for updates, cloud automation, and option task increments.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Implement IaC and configuration automation for repeatable, auditable provisioning.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, cybersecurity, and ops teams on modernization priorities.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC policy checks, STIG validation, container scanning, and RMF evidence generation.
• Support technology refresh and transition-to-ops readiness.
• Maintain alignment with release governance and operational readiness.
