Job summary

Concept Plus LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Oracle OCI Cloud Engineer to provision, administer, and sustain OCI environments. You will manage Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, and related services with a focus on security and availability.

You will work with cloud architects, DevSecOps engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to ensure scalable, compliant, and secure operations in a DoD-focused program. A secret clearance and DoD IAT-II+ are required to start.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on OCI administration experience.
Active Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification required at time of hire.
Experience with OCI security services including Cloud Guard, Security Zones, and Vault.
Familiarity with DoD RMF, ATO processes, and cloud security compliance requirements.
DoD Secret clearance required to start; must be maintainable for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

Provision, configure, and administer OCI resources (Compute, VCNs, subnets, IAM policies)
Monitor OCI health, performance, and capacity; respond to alerts for 24/7/365 operations
Assist migrations to OCI including lift-and-shift and validation
Implement OCI security controls and network policies per DoD requirements
Patching, maintenance, and DR/COOP testing for OCI-hosted infrastructure
Collaborate on IaC (Terraform) templates and runbooks for provisioning
