Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is seeking a cleared OCI DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure in client environments at Fort Meade, MD. You will build automated pipelines, manage containerized architectures, and configure secure cloud networking for classified AI workloads.

You will design OCI enclaves with Terraform and Ansible, administer OCI services, deploy workloads with GoldenGate/Oracle databases, and enforce zero-trust security per IL6/ICD 503.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance
• Willing to be on-site in Fort Meade, MD
• 5+ years in system engineering or DevOps with 2+ years deploying enterprise solutions in OCI or comparable federal cloud
• Mastery of Terraform, Kubernetes/Docker, Git, and Linux systems administration
• CompTIA Security+ CE (or DoD IAT Level II equivalent)

About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a cleared OCI DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure within client environments. Operating under our client’s Oracle modernization task order, you will support the deployment of highly classified, air-gapped multi-tenant cloud data centers. You will be responsible for building automated pipelines, managing containerized architectures, and configuring secure cloud networking to host advanced AI database workloads.

What you’ll do

• Design, provision, and maintain secure OCI enclaves using Terraform, Ansible, and automated CI/CD pipelines within a restricted environment.
• Administer OCI core services including Compute, Block/Object Storage, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and OCI Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• Deploy and manage automated cloud data workloads, utilizing OCI GoldenGate and modern autonomous databases (including Oracle Database 26ai) for classified agentic AI tasks.
• Implement zero-trust security controls, manage cross-domain solutions, and audit cloud infrastructure against strict DISA Impact Level 6 (IL6) and ICD 503 standards.
• Build and support data ingestion pipelines to lift-and-shift legacy, on-premises workloads into the ONSR cloud fabric.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Must be willing to go fully on-site in Fort Meade, MD.
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering or DevOps, with at least 2 years dedicated to deploying enterprise solutions inside Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or comparable federal cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
• Mastery of Terraform, Kubernetes/Docker, Git, and Linux systems administration.
• CompTIA Security+ CE (or DoD IAT Level II equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Professional (Architect or DevOps)
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI or Full Scope Polygraph is a plus
