Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Manager, Software Engineering - DevSecOps to lead a team delivering high‑quality software applications, automation blueprints, and DevSecOps platform capabilities for the enterprise.

You will guide architecture, coding, testing, and delivery, while mentoring up to eight engineers and partnering with external developers to advance DevSecOps initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8–10 years of experience in application development.
• Proficient with C#.NET, Angular, REST APIs, Postman, Selenium and related technologies.
• Experience developing Azure cloud‑native software.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and digital product development.
• Experience in Agile environments and IT project leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full software development lifecycle for Enterprise DevSecOps team, from requirements to testing and delivery.
• Mentor and develop DevSecOps team; oversee hiring, training and career growth; manage performance.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure adherence to SDLC standards, scalable and secure code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals, ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Improve team performance and workflows to boost collaboration and delivery, applying business insight to tech decisions.
• Stay current with DevSecOps tools and trends; propose improvements to processes and architecture.
