Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering - DevSecOps to provide technical leadership for a team delivering software applications, automation blueprints, and DevSecOps platform capabilities across the enterprise.

You will guide architecture, maintain security standards, and contribute to coding efforts to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. The role manages up to eight engineers, collaborates with external partners, and advances Constellation’s DevSecOps strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required, with 8–10 years of app development experience.
• Experience with C#.NET, Angular, REST APIs, and related tech in enterprise settings.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and agile development leadership experience.
• Proven IT project management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads full software development lifecycle for the DevSecOps team, from requirements to testing and delivery.
• Mentors the DevSecOps team, oversees hiring, training, and career development.
• Provides technical oversight to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and standards.
• Optimizes team workflows and incorporates emerging tools and trends.
