Job summary

AEG Worldwide in Los Angeles is seeking a Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Engineer to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines. You will work with development, operations, and security teams to implement secure coding practices, run vulnerability management, and automate security controls across environments.

The role requires 2-5 years' related experience, strong knowledge of SSDLC, and familiarity with OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• : BA/BS Degree in a related field, 4-year degree.
• : 2-5 years of related work experience.
• : Experience managing vendor relationships and leading security projects end-to-end.
• : Led a security team or function, with cross-functional collaboration.
• : Experience with monitoring and analytics platforms (Azure Log Analytics, CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk).
• : Proficient with CI/CD tooling (Github Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, CodePipeline).
• : Familiar with SSDLC and security frameworks (OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001).
• : Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain secure software development practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Security to integrate security into pipelines and SDLC.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and monitor security tooling.
• Perform risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans.
• Maintain security policies, objectives, and reports; manage vendor relations.
• Support audits, incident response, and compliance activities.
• Define and test disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
