Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security across the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines. You will work with development, operations, and security teams to implement secure coding practices and automation that improve security controls and compliance.

The role involves risk assessments, policy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure infrastructure and deployment processes in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical field or related area.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and leading projects.
• Proven experience as a security engineer or DevSecOps role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline).
• Familiarity with SSDLC practices, OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks.
• Experience configuring infrastructure alerts and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain secure software development practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to address security vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.
• Enhance and monitor CI/CD pipelines and security tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins).
• Work with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and guidelines for software projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans; maintain information security policies and objectives.
• Assist in audits, incident response, and compliance processes; support disaster recovery planning.
