Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a DevSecOps Engineer for our Colorado Springs team supporting NORAD. You will collaborate with software developers and platform engineers to deliver secure, scalable services while meeting mission requirements.

The role emphasizes containerization with Docker, Kubernetes orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong scripting and experience with multi‑stage pipelines are essential, along with DoD security clearance readiness and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience securing a Kubernetes environment and containerized apps.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes provisioning, deployment and scaling.
• 3+ years related experience and 3+ years general work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software teams to ensure secure, stable deployments.
• Automate containerization via CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Improve development workflow and cluster security and stability.
• Develop and integrate full‑stack apps and containerized/cloud platforms.
• Apply DevSecOps practices across microservices architectures.
