Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer - Information Security to design, implement, and govern enterprise security across CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and AI-enabled workflows. The role emphasizes secure-by-design practices and collaboration with application engineering, cloud, and platform teams to embed scalable security controls.

You will drive vulnerability management, risk assessments, and security incident response while shaping DevSecOps and CNAPP tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in information technology or related field plus extensive security experience.
• 8+ years in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement secure SDLC practices with automated testing and secure coding standards.
• Lead vulnerability management strategy and integrate into developer workflows.
• Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies
• Lead architecture and design of security products and services for the enterprise.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and AI-enabled apps.
