Job summary

Kalles Group seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to implement and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure for client platforms. You will work hands-on to build, manage, and operate the security and edge infrastructure, with strong emphasis on CI/CD, Terraform, and collaboration within a security-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in DevSecOps, infra engineering, or security-adjacent role.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience; not just management.
• Working knowledge of Terraform.
• Proficiency with GitHub PR workflows and collaboration.
• Experience with Python/JavaScript/PowerShell/Bash/SQL.
• Security-conscious software development mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform across security and edge platforms.
• Own CI/CD pipeline work, including PR creation, review, and approvals in GitHub.
• Support operational health of CDN and next-gen WAF platforms, with Fastly experience valued.
• Contribute to secure SDLC practices by enforcing separation of duties and reducing vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to support migrations and modernization.
• Create operational docs, runbooks, and processes as the team matures.
• Onboard and mentor offshore team members.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools in day-to-day development.
