Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing, documentation engineering, developer relations, or an engineering role with a lot of writing in it.
• Excellent technical communication skills demonstrated by public-facing docs, blogs or videos.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of Arize’s product documentation and rewrite outdated sections.
• Build automated systems to monitor documentation quality and code-doc drift.
• Make docs accessible to both humans and agents with structured content and machine-readable indexes.
• Write and refresh tutorials, cookbooks and open-source demos for developers.
• Collaborate with partners, framework maintainers, and course authors to ensure accurate docs.
• Attend conferences, meetups, and online communities to engage with developers.
