Job summary

Arize AI, a remote-first leader in AI observability, seeks a Developer Relations professional to own teaching content across blogs, video, webinars and courses. You will craft tutorials, demos, and hands-on workshops, with a focus on teaching AI model evaluation and observability.

Candidates should be comfortable on camera, update materials regularly, and travel for conferences. Experience in producing public technical content and knowledge of LLM-based app development are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in developer relations, developer education, technical content, or an engineering role that produced public material
• A portfolio of talks, videos, courses, blog posts or workshops
• Comfortable on camera and on stage, able to teach a technical concept live without a script
• Up-to-date engineering skills; able to build the demo applications you teach from
• Working knowledge of LLM-based app development (agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks)
• Experience using AI tooling in production
• Curious, self-motivated learner in a startup environment
• Willing to travel regularly for conferences and events

Responsibilities

• Write technical blog posts and tutorials for the Arize blog and guest content on partner blogs
• Produce educational video for YouTube channel and internal enablement videos
• Run a high volume of webinars end-to-end from topic to follow-up content
• Build and deliver structured courses on own platforms and partners
• Speak at conferences and run hands-on workshops, including demos and exercises
• Adapt content across formats so one research piece yields multiple outputs
• Build AI-assisted production systems to scale content creation
