Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join our global R&D team. This role leads infrastructure migration to IaC, builds monitoring and alerting, completes migration to CI/CD, and oversees integrations with third-party services.

You will shape InfoSec compliance and scalable, reliable infrastructure across the organization. You will work 100% remotely with flexible hours, competitive USD compensation, and a multicultural environment that supports career growth and mentorship

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps experience.
• SQL and NoSQL databases experience.
• Microservices and cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Strong version control experience.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.
• Advanced algorithm knowledge.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Intermediate agile methodologies management.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• 7+ years of experience working in DevOps.
• Design Patterns knowledge.
• Experience developing entire applications from scratch
• Experience in automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Version control.
• Strong experience with Unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
• Advanced English Level.
