Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a SemiSenior Data Analytics professional to join its R&D team. The role focuses on data analysis, machine learning, and data product development within a globally distributed, 100% remote workforce.

You will generate insights, run tests, and partner with data product managers to deliver impactful data products while advocating a data-driven culture across teams. Fluency in English is required; remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, statistics, or related area.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to tell stories with data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-technical users.

What You Will Do

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or any other related area.


• Proficiency with SQL.


• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.


• Very good communication skills, capacity to collaborate and build relationships with non-technical users.


• Advanced English level.

Desirable

• 1+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.


• Experience with people analytics.


• Have a Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics background.
