Job Title: DevOps Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience with Docker, Openshift Container orchestration tools and appliances.
2. Proficiency in data discovery, classification, tokenization, and sanitization techniques.
3. Experience in CI/CD pipeline integrations and cloud platform knowledge.
4. 3-5 years’ experience in communication protocols specifically FTP / SFT / NDM.
5. Good knowledge of Kafka and other ETL frameworks and tools.
6. 6-8 years of hands-on experience with software development using .Net, Angular, and web services.
7. Strong communication, relationship, and process management skills.
8. Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
9. Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes.
10. 5+ years as a project lead, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
11. Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
12. Ability to conduct discussions with senior leaders, managers, and team members.
13. Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions.
14. Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.
15. Exposure to application maintenance and support.
16. Must have the ability to drive and lead projects.
17. Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities.
18. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
19. Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates, and publish reports.
20. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development.
21. Strong knowledge of Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.

Preferred Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
2. Previous experience conducting POC initiatives or technology evaluations.
3. Strong understanding of DMZ Configurations, Firewall rules, and network segmentation.
