Job summary

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, enforcing DevOps/SRE culture, overseeing 24/7 on‑call support, and delivering robust CI/CD pipelines across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering/operations management.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud infrastructure for enterprise apps.
• Strong CI/CD, monitoring, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing engineering team (5+ years).
• Promote DevOps principles and an SRE culture across the org.
• Oversee Level 1 support, incident response, and on‑call rotation.
• Architect, operate, and maintain on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitLab.
