• Proficiency in documenting requirements and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements from SMEs.
• Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications for developers.
• Collaborate in DevOps to support CI/CD and iterative development.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of software features.
• Serve as liaison between business units and engineering teams.
