Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager, DevOps Engineering 1 in Maryland. The role leads a DevOps team supporting software integration, testing, release, and deployment, driving CI/CD pipelines and automation.

The ideal candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with multiple functional teams, and ensure adherence to DevSecOps practices and security standards. A Secret clearance and related program access are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years related experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and configuration management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers supporting software development, integration, test, release, and deployment.
• Provide technical and functional insight for CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Collaborate with software, systems, test, cybersecurity, hardware, and program teams to align priorities.
• Guide the team in DevSecOps practices including IaC, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staffing, career development.
