Job summary

Apple is seeking an engineer for IS&T Retail Store Apps Engineering to enable scalable solutions for Apple Retail. You will work with a team of engineers from diverse backgrounds to architect and operate distributed compute platforms and services that support millions of customer interactions.

The role requires hands-on coding, proactive collaboration, and a strong problem-solving mindset. You will test, deploy, and document changes while aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust and/or Java.
• Experience with cloud compute environments (OpenStack, AliCloud, AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience with troubleshooting, problem solving, and debugging.
• Comfortable with on-call rotation.
