  • Utilize VA-approved tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow) to document DevOps workflows, security configurations, and contribute to Biweekly Status Reports on pipeline status and security posture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps and security-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability for VA corporate services and end-users.
  • Integrate emerging technologies, such as containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) or Artificial Intelligence (AI), into DevOps processes, aligning with VA OIT's modernization goals.
  • Work with VA stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Information Security Officer (ISO), to address security requirements and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on DevOps tools, cloud security practices, and federal compliance, contributing to Trilogy's staff development initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to align DevOps and security efforts with team deliverables and the VIP Lean-Agile framework.
