Job summary

Arize AI is a remote-first company delivering AI observability and evaluation platform solutions. We seek an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to support distributed services, with Kubernetes expertise and multi-cloud experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

The role involves both SaaS and on-prem deployments and a focus on automation and reliability. You will partner with customers and internal teams, optimize release pipelines, and contribute to scalable infrastructure in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer or similar.
Excellent communication and ability to work directly with customers to understand infrastructure needs.
Experience and fluency in Kubernetes.
A self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem deployments.

Responsibilities

Work hands-on with the infrastructure that supports distributed, scalable services in SaaS and on-prem offerings.
Gather requirements from customers and adapt manifests and software for new environments.
Use and augment monitoring tools to observe platform health, performance, and reliability.
Automate and optimize the release pipeline to reduce friction.
Collaborate with product teams to test features and package on-prem releases.
