AssureSoft is seeking a senior DevOps/Cloud engineer to design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, automate with Terraform, and manage Kubernetes clusters via AWS EKS. You will implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and optimize observability with Grafana and OpenSearch.

Qualifications

• Senior-level professional experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, automation, and management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS for container orchestration and cluster management.
• Experience implementing and managing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with OpenSearch for centralized logging, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Grafana for infrastructure monitoring, observability, and alerting.
• Strong experience with Amazon RDS and relational database administration, particularly PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, load balancing, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
• Experience implementing infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting processes.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices.
• Experience applying infrastructure automation, security, and reliability best practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development and infrastructure automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure.
• Develop and manage infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS.
• Implement and manage GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure management.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Grafana and OpenSearch.
• Deploy, configure, monitor, and optimize relational databases using Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and engineering teams to ensure reliable application delivery and infrastructure operations.
• Contribute to technical discussions, infrastructure architecture design, code reviews, estimation, and planning.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Apply security, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented infrastructure configurations and automation scripts.
• Identify improvements in system performance, reliability, automation, and cloud cost efficiency.
