Job summary

Arize AI is seeking an On-Prem DevOps Engineer to join our On-Prem engineering team. You will handle first-line support for customer deployments, triage issues, and collaborate with engineers to improve self-hosted environments.

You will work with Kubernetes clusters on AWS/Azure/GCP, diagnose networking and performance problems, and communicate clearly with English-speaking customers. A strong troubleshooting mindset and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or technical support role.
• Basic working knowledge of Kubernetes and familiarity with major cloud providers.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for on-prem customer issues, triaging support requests.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments to identify root causes and apply fixes.
• Work hands-on with self-hosted environments to diagnose configuration, networking, and performance issues.
