Job summary

Akina Inc. seeks a Development Operations Engineer 2 at Fort Meade, MD, to administer and enhance SIGINT systems, networks, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires hands-on Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting skills with on-call availability.

The successful candidate will implement scalable, secure, and automated deployments, perform maintenance, and collaborate on hybrid cloud environments while adhering to security requirements.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system admin, containerization, cloud deployments, DevSecOps.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
• May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• System administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of SIGINT systems and software.
• Network design, maintenance, and upgrading of LAN/CAN/WAN.
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining network devices and pipelines.
• Kubernetes cluster management for HA, scale, and security.
• IaC with Ansible or Terraform; Docker and Kubernetes deployment.
