Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a DevOps Engineer I to administer Linux systems, automate tasks, and support AWS-based infrastructure. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and security within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

You will monitor systems, tune performance, and contribute to automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience with AWS or an AWS Certification.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and processes.
• Provide Tier II support for incidents and requests and investigate issues.
• Research, develop, and implement automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base and documentation.
• Influence broader technology groups in adopting Cloud technologies and best practices.
• May perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies.
