Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Dearborn, MI to build, test, maintain, and improve infrastructure and tools that support software development and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices, and will collaborate across Agile teams to optimize release pipelines and ensure secure, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years managing GitHub Enterprise environments.
• Strong CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with APIs and CI/CD integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot DevOps platforms and integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps methodologies across the SDLC.
• Support and improve software release processes with secure deployment risk minimization.
• Enhance software delivery using CI/CD and continuous feedback.
• Assess systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use enterprise platforms and infrastructure to support DevOps initiatives.
• Support deployments across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
• Develop automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Write automation scripts for common tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Analyze challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
