Job summary
HTC Global Services is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, test, maintain, and improve the infrastructure and tools that support software development, deployment, and release processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with GitHub administration, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years managing GitHub Enterprise environments.
- Strong CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
- Automation scripting in Java/JavaScript/Python.
- Experience with APIs and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Agile team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Implement DevOps best practices across the SDLC.
- Support and improve release processes with security in mind.
- Enhance delivery with CI/CD and feedback loops.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines with cross-functional teams.
- Write automation scripts to simplify tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platforms and integrations.
- Collaborate with dev teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
