Job summary

HTC Global Services in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – DevOps & CI/CD Automation to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and developer platforms across the full lifecycle.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, automate infrastructure with Terraform, run Kubernetes deployments, and build AI-enabled tooling and data pipelines; collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years of IT experience.
4+ years in software development.
Experience in two programming languages or strong proficiency in one.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tekton, and GitHub Enterprise.
Experience with cloud-native CI/CD practices.
Experience with infrastructure and workflow automation.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and products.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, deployment.
Design and implement AI integrations and developer utilities.
Develop prompt engineering solutions and LLM orchestration for automated code generation.
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Modernize tooling and infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes.
Build and secure RESTful APIs using Java, Go, or Python.
