Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Golang and DevOps to build scalable tooling and automation that accelerates software delivery.

You will design CLI utilities, automate pipelines, and strengthen testing, monitoring, and security across cloud-based infrastructure using GCP and containerization best practices. Collaboration across teams and rigorous code reviews are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of production experience with Golang.
• Experience with GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Golang-based CLI tools and developer productivity utilities.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines that improve developer workflows.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Write technical specifications for new features.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering toolchains.
