Job summary

Jobot is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its production operations team in a fast-growing logistics technology environment. You will manage cloud resources, Kubernetes clusters, and secure production systems while supporting CI/CD pipelines and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes production stability, monitoring, incident response, and security governance in a global cross-border logistics context. Strong English and Mandarin fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major; 3+ years in Cloud Platforms, DevOps, SRE, or production operations.
• Familiar with Azure/AWS or other mainstream cloud platforms and their ops.
• Familiar with Kubernetes operations (Ingress, Namespace, ConfigMap, Secret, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Familiar with Linux networking, firewalls, VPN, monitoring, and alerting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana; log systems.
• Understanding of access control, least privilege, audit tracing, security incident response, and basic security compliance.
• Must be fully fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Cloud resources and infrastructure operations: manage AWS/Azure, Kubernetes clusters, networks, storage, VPN, bastion hosts.
• Production stability: oversee deployments, changes, capacity, monitoring, and incident response.
• Monitoring and logging: maintain Prometheus, Grafana, and log systems; optimize alerts and retention.
• DevOps and release support: support CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Access control and security operations: enforce least-privilege and traceability.
• Security incident and compliance support: assist with incident response and audit prep.
• Documentation and process improvement: write SOPs and change records.
• Collaborative support: work with R&D, DBA, security, product, and customers.
