Bitsight is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its multicultural DevOps team. You’ll manage the cloud platform used by dozens of R&D microservice teams across multiple accounts and Kubernetes clusters, implementing GitOps-driven delivery and strong observability.

The role emphasizes ownership, mentorship from senior engineers, and a clear path to Senior DevOps Engineer. Excellent written and verbal English are essential for distributed collaboration.

Formación

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / platform engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Kubernetes experience including deploying and troubleshooting workloads
• AWS experience including IAM and EKS
• Cloud networking basics: VPC, DNS, load balancing, and security groups
• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform; Crossplane is a plus)
• GitOps and CD, packaging Kubernetes deployments (ArgoCD, Helm)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Observability for distributed systems (metrics, logs, traces)
• Solid Linux and scripting, Python development experience
• Willingness to on-call and troubleshoot production issues
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering work
• Strong written and verbal English

Responsabilidades

• Operate and improve multi-account cloud and Kubernetes environments for reliability, security, and cost
• Build and maintain GitOps delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service capabilities for dev teams
• Maintain dashboards, alerts, and SLOs; participate in on-call and incident postmortems
• Write infrastructure as code and Python tooling to reduce manual work
• Use AI tools to speed up infra work and validate outputs before production
• Collaborate with development teams and share learnings across the team
