Dexian seeks a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance enterprise application pipelines and OpenShift workloads. You will troubleshoot, automate, and standardize deployment processes to improve performance, reliability, and security, with occasional deployment support outside regular hours.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to CI/CD and OpenShift environments.
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt to a complex enterprise setting.
• Comfortable working independently with high autonomy.
• Experience working in lean team environments without structured Scrum roles or processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage multiple application CI/CD pipelines and OpenShift workloads.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve CI/CD and OpenShift failures.
• Onboard new services and standardize existing deployment patterns.
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
• Manage vulnerability remediation and security issues.
• Enhance application performance and reliability.
• Provide occasional support for deployments during weekends, as needed.
