Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a three-person team supporting our Azure environment, unifying engineering, security, and IT operations to boost reliability and reduce escalations. You will own CI/CD, IaC, and automation using GitHub, GitHub Actions, ADO, OpenTofu, and Terraform, while partnering with Information Security and NSOC.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and policy development across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps leadership role with people management.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture, services, and multi-region design.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with OpenTofu, Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Strong incident response, root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Ability to produce clear Policy, Process and Procedure documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-person DevOps team, set priorities, and manage performance.
• Run daily standups and coordinate with IT teams and Service Desk.
• Manage on-call escalation and incident handling with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with NSOC and Service Desk to improve triage and automation.
• Develop secure, reliable, cost-aware Azure architectures and automation.
