Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Linux, and scripting in Python/Bash, with a background in big data solutions.

The position operates in a hybrid environment (1-2 days per week in office) with a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will implement infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure monitoring, reliability, and scalability of services while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years DevOps Engineering or related field; or Master’s with 0 years experience.
• Kubernetes or comparable container orchestration experience.
• Strong AWS services (EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda) usage for deployment/infra.
• Proficient with Terraform and Ansible for configuration management.
• Experience deploying, scaling, monitoring, and managing Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment in AWS, especially EKS.
• Support on-premise/edge infrastructure deployment.
• Automate deployment processes for reliability and scalability.
• Maintain Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate applications into infra.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Improve processes and tools for high availability and performance.
• Stay updated with new technologies to improve our infra.
• Other duties as assigned.
