Job summary

Avalore is seeking a senior software professional to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows on the Pega Platform within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will collaborate with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to ensure secure, accessible, and high-performance workflows are delivered.

The role requires a strong track record in software development, experience with Pega, and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree;
• At least nine (9) years or software development experience
• MUST have experience with Pega development

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflows on the Pega Platform.
• Collaborate across system, software, and UI/UX teams to design and deploy workflows.
• Ensure workflows meet security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
• Operate and manage enterprise-scale workflow applications.

Supports a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio. Collaborates with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform. Collaborates with system, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements.
