Job summary

Experis is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Charlotte, NC to join a technology-driven team. You will strengthen CI/CD pipelines, support Harness onboarding with application teams, and drive deployment reliability through automation.

You will configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins, OpenShift, and related tools, collaborate across platform teams, and troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Harness adoption, integration and deployments.
• Proficient Linux and shell scripting skills; familiar with YAML-based deployment automation.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support application teams with Harness adoption and onboarding in line with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate with application and enterprise platform teams to address onboarding prerequisites and issues.
• Configure, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Harness, XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Assist and support application onboarding to XLR and related deployment automation (YAML, Ansible, shell scripts).
• Design, implement, and support OpenShift environments for deployment and scaling; troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues.

What's the Job?

• Support application teams with Harness adoption and onboarding activities in alignment with enterprise standards and processes.
• Coordinate with application teams and enterprise platform teams to address Harness onboarding prerequisites, dependencies, and technical issues.
• Configure, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Harness, XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Support application onboarding to XLR and associated deployment automation, including YAML configurations, Ansible playbooks, and shell scripts.
• Design, implement, and support OpenShift environments for application deployment and scaling, while troubleshooting pipeline, deployment, integration, and configuration issues.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Harness and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting application teams with Harness adoption, integration and deployments.
• Hands‑on experience with XLR, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and OpenShift.
• Strong Linux and shell scripting skills, with experience using YAML and configuration management for deployment automation.
• Proven CI/CD troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, plus strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
