Qualifications

8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Hands-on AWS and/or Azure expertise from architecture to operations.
Extensive Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
Advanced knowledge of public cloud architecture and operations (Azure and AWS).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, Python, Unix shell.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor DevOps / Cloud Engineers; manage performance and development plans.
Oversee CI/CD standardization for Java, .Net, and Node.js.
Guide Terraform and Infrastructure as Code standards.
Promote inclusion, trust, and engagement across distributed teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business needs into technical solutions.
