Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, DevOps/Cloud Platform to lead a team responsible for CI/CD, the Internal Developer Portal (IDP), and cloud infrastructure automation across Azure and AWS. You will combine technical excellence with people leadership to advance platform reliability, observability, and developer experience.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps practices, automation, and collaboration across distributed teams. A strong background in CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud services is required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• Two or more years of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, including Harness, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure expertise from architecture to operations.
• Extensive Terraform and infrastructure as code experience.
• Advanced knowledge of public cloud architecture and operations across Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, and Unix shell.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and service mesh technologies.
• Strong collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps/cloud engineers; manage performance and development plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Oversee CI/CD standardization for Java, .NET, and Node.js workloads.
• Drive Internal Developer Portal adoption and golden path enablement.
• Guide Terraform and infrastructure as code standards and guardrails.
• Embed DevSecOps best practices into pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools and automation improvements.
