Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer to join our Plano, TX IT organization. You will evolve the enterprise DevOps platform, automate cloud infrastructure, and maintain CI/CD standards across Azure and AWS.

The role focuses on Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and cloud-native deployment patterns while collaborating with Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and application teams to enable secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps administration and implementation experience.
• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop cloud deployment standards and runbooks; improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines for applications, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Implement security controls, deployment quality gates, validations, and compliance checks.
